Dr. Nicola Pemberton is truly amazing. From the moment I met her, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. This was the first time in my entire journey that I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and made me feel like we were working together as a team. Her energy is warm, compassionate, and reassuring, which made such a difference for me, especially during a time that can feel overwhelming. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the next steps, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found her. If you’re looking for a fertility specialist who truly cares and treats you like a person, not just a patient, I highly recommend Dr. Pemberton.

I can’t say enough great things about Rachelle Joseph. She supported me through a very difficult miscarriage with genuine empathy, compassion, and patience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt heard, and reassured me every step of the way. What I appreciate most is her commitment to helping me conceive again and guiding me toward a healthy pregnancy. She truly cares about her patients’ emotional and physical well-being, and it shows in every interaction. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and expertise. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pemberton is professional, caring, and patient. I felt very satisfied meeting her for the first time. Her entire team is welcoming and caring. They showed the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The wait is very good. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

"I am beyond grateful for the incredible care I received from Dr. P ! and the entire team, including my midwife Talia, throughout my pregnancy and delivery. After having a C-section with my first child, I wasn’t sure if I could have a vaginal birth after a cesarean and horrible i had experience with a previous provider in NY , but the office truly advocated for me, supported me, and believed in my ability to give birth naturally. There were so many moments where I felt like quitting or doubting myself, but they never gave up on me. They were there every step of the way, encouraging me, reassuring me, and reminding me that I was strong enough to do it. They believed in me more than i could have think of. Thanks to their expertise, care, and dedication, I was able to achieve the vaginal birth I had hoped for, and I couldn’t be more thankful. The whole experience was made so much easier with their constant support. I truly couldn’t have done it without the unwavering encouragement from my doctor and midwife. They are a phenomenal team, and I will forever be grateful for their role in helping me bring my baby into the world. "From my initial phone call to my actual appointment, it was a GREAT experience! Shavonne, who helped me when I first called, let me know they weren't taking new patients at that moment, but to call back in a month. I read that service here was amazing and didn't want to go elsewhere. So I did just that and she helped me book my appointment. I walked in almost 15 minutes late bc I couldn't leave work on time, but the ladies at the front desk were so kind to me. Amber, who called me to the back, was so much fun, no such thing as laughing too much lol. I had horrible experiences with my last 2 phlebotomists and I was so nervous. Amber paired me with the right one! I barely felt the pinch! I meant to ask her name but she was nice as well. And then Sarah, she was so pleasant and answered all my questions in a way I will understand. She was very nice. I'm big on customer experience, whether giving or receiving, and this office is top notch!"

"The waiting room was nice and clean. All staff I encountered (front staff & medical assistants) were pleasant and helpful. I unexpectedly had to bring my 7yo child and they kindly allowed him to sit outside the exam room. The wait time was not long to get called in. Larissa, my provider, was also very welcoming. It was easy to talk to her and she explained each step of the exam as she proceeded. I would recommend this practice. This was my second visit and the same standards I encountered in 2022, were the same ones I experienced in 2024."

"I had to make a last minute appt due to complications. Larisa Rodriguez attended me. She was very friendly and informative. She took the time. Even fit me in for a few extra things that I needed. Often times I feel rushed in Doctor's offices as if they do not want to answer your health concerns. Many times they leave no room to have a conversation. I went in with discomfort. I didn't feel rushed by her, nor the team this time. She explained a lot to me and answered all my questions, guiding me in next steps. I'm grateful."

"This review is long overdue. Besides the sometimes long waits my personal experience was pretty good. A couple of bumps from staff but from my knowledge are no longer there. Everyone else was lovely. Although I didn’t get to meet Dr. Pemberton until the end of my pregnancy, she answered all my questions and make me feel comfortable. I was planning a birth center delivery but I ended up being two weeks overdue so I had to deliver at Mountainside. After a long induction process Dr. P came in and reassured me that everything was fine. My husband and I were worried about baby’s heart rate so we wanted to have a c section. Dr. P made us relax and spoke to us with such calmness and confidence. We ended up having an amazing vaginal birth and I’m so glad she was there for it. Thank GOD for her!!"

"Customer service very on point and I'm def big on that. Such a friendly staff willing to help however they can. That feeling of calm, happiness, zen and reassurance is what Dr. P is. She has an amazing presence that can only be felt and it makes you want to hug her! Amazing doctor and amazing facility! Her head doula, Michelle, has a wealth of knowledge that offers so many services for families, whether pregnant or not to help navigate different life changes. So grateful for her and her team! Definitely the place to be for all your Ob/Gyn needs as well as other classes to help understand what's going on! Highly recommended!!!"
